SKE Forensic Consultants was originally formed in 2010 by three partners:  John C. Scott, John G. Karpovich and Stephen N. Emolo.  Mr. Karpovich has since retired as partner and continues to work as a consultant.  Kevin S. Tully, B.S.M.E., joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner in early 2019.  Michael DiCicco, B.S.M.E. joined the firm in 2016 as a Senior Associate Engineer and Matthew Mastrelli, B.S.M.E. joined in 2019 as an Associate Engineer. We have a combined total of over 100 years of expertise as traffic accident reconstructionists.
