Mr. Tully joined SKE Forensic Consultants in 2015 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner of SKE in early 2019.
At SKE, Mr. Tully has testified as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York courts, and has experience in offering deposition testimony in various accident reconstruction and vehicle mechanical cases. His unique background offers a valued perspective within the field of accident reconstruction.
Prior to joining SKE, he began his professional career as an engineer for the North American headquarters of Jaguar Land Rover for over eight years. Mr. Tully has had the exceptional experience of crash testing vehicles at venues such as the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), as well as other facilities, testing on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). His robust foundation in collision severity analysis continued to grow within his position as manufacturer representative for US-based crash testing. Mr. Tully attended compliance confirmatory testing at various agencies both here in the U.S. and in the U.K.
Mr. Tully has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He later obtained training in the field of Traffic Accident Reconstruction through Northwestern University prior to obtaining a full accreditation as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist from The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (A.C.T.A.R) in 2010.
In his free time, Mr. Tully raises guide dogs for The Seeing Eye and enjoys boating during his many trips to the Jersey shore, as well as spending time in Vermont with his wife and two children.
