Mr. Emolo formed SKE Forensics Consultants along with his colleagues, John C. Scott and John G. Karpovich in 2010.

He has been directly involved in over 5,000 reconstruction case files and has been qualified as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction in both State and Federal Courts in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. He additionally has experience in offering deposition testimony in various accident reconstruction cases. Some of Mr. Emolo’s specialties include on-site evidence and vehicle crush profile documentation, utilizing electronic instrument measuring equipment and dynamic pedestrian conspicuity testing. His extensive background in accident reconstruction and engineering offers a thorough and sophisticated approach to all accident reconstruction assignments.

Prior to forming SKE, Mr. Emolo was employed by the Township of Wayne in Wayne, New Jersey. He was the supervisor of the engineering department’s graphic arts design section. While employed by the Township of Wayne, he also worked directly with the Wayne Police Traffic Bureau, where he assisted in the measuring and mapping of roadways for investigations regarding serious and fatal motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Emolo’s training in municipal engineering technology and land surveying enabled him to apply his skills to the field of accident reconstruction. He then worked for a private accident reconstruction firm for several years as a senior accident reconstructionist and served as the Director of Operations.

Mr. Emolo studied municipal engineering technology at Newark College of Engineering.  He received specialized training in accident reconstruction at Northwestern University’s Traffic Institute, the University of North Florida’s Institute of Police Technology and Management, and Rutgers University. He has been accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (A.C.T.A.R) since 1994.

In his free time, Mr. Emolo enjoys spending time with his wife of over 40 years, his two children, and his grandchildren. He is an avid, high handicap golfer and amateur vintner.
